Just thought I would share my pork loin smoking marathon with you all. Tenderizing to set the rub is always done with the sawback on my Predator. Don't cook without it. Smoker is my Pitmaster Deluxe. Holds about 30lbs of meat.

Secret to getting the rub to set deeper is that crazy sawback on top of the predator. Holy crap... I look like I've been working out!! LOL Grin
