gents, i've spent the last two entire days at the va hospital in tampa, fl and it always amazes me how many great americans are running around... all these people that throw out the word hero for all of these wannabees we see on tv are just plain missing it... this is the largest va hospital in the US from what i am told and these guys have all given more than i will ever know to make sure i have my freedoms....
so, long story short, thanks again vets....

my father had spinal surgery there on wednesday... 12 hours.... he was shipped home today. that place is humbling though... certainly makes you think.
